1.) Add the item you wish to purchase to your cart.

2.) Provide us with a theme or specific details (names , initials, etc) of what you would like on your item. It is VERY IMPORTANT you double check spelling, etc. prior to submission.  (Should you wish to add a personal touch.)

3.) We are happy to assist with ideas and will work closely with you to help with the perfect artwork and design.

Depending on the artwork you wish to have drafted or added, our typical turnaround time is 7 business days. Of course this varies due to specifics on what's requested (art work wise). We do our absolute best to make you and every order our top priority.  Should you need a rush placed for an item, please just let us know.

All requests to cancel your order must be received within 4 - hours from the time you ordered. *Due to the nature of custom orders & personalized gifts, we DO NOT accept refund requests, returns or exchanges of any items once the order has been placed.* We do ask that you reach out to us if you have any problems with your order. We are old school in that we highly value your Customer Service experience.
