1. Add the item to your cart. 2. Provide us with a theme or specific details (names , initials, etc) of what you would like on your item. It is VERY IMPORTANT you double check spelling, etc prior to submission. (Should you wish to add a personal touch such as the name to the coaster holder.)3. Before submitting the order, please double check and make sure your shipping information (name & address) is correct.

Cancellations: All requests to cancel your order must be received within 4 - hours from the time you ordered.
